RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON SALE OR USING A DISCOUNT CODE IS FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS ACCEPTED, NO RETURNS HONORED.
Full price purchases made through broomemercer.com are entitled to a 14-day money back guarantee. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused and re-sellable condition, and with the original packaging. All shipping costs, duties or taxes on returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the original purchaser and will not be refunded.
To make a return, please contact us by email at email@example.com to notify us of the reason of your return. Please include your full name and order number as reference. Upon receipt of your email we will send you a Returns Authorization email including a Returns Form and Returns Code. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back to our warehouse for exchange.
In the event of an item arriving faulty, we will gladly refund or exchange within the 14 day money back guarantee period. For any faults that develop beyond this period, we ask that you refer to the warranty section to inform us of the fault. All faults that result from misuse and battery replacement by anyone other than a watch repairer will not be covered under the money back guarantee or warranty; however the watch does come with a 2 year warranty for any other issues.
Broome & Mercer will not accept responsibility for returns/exchanges lost or stolen in transit to our Return Center.

All deliveries are fully insured and a signature will be required upon delivery.
All orders placed after 2pm (ET) will be dispatched the next working day. If an order is placed after 2pm (ET) on a Friday, it will be dispatched the following working day.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

Broome & Mercer watches are covered under warranty for two years after date of purchase. The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Our obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at its option.
The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme use, modification, opening the watch or self inflicted damage. The warranty excludes the strap, battery and excessive wear to the case or crystal.
Broome & Mercer is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece. The buyer is required to produce proof of purchase upon request.
